Module 4 Luteal-The Embodiment
Luteal Rage
Our inner autumn is a time of deeeep release. This embodiment practice is meant to provide you the space to allow your inner fire to flow through and out. To harness your Kali goddess energy and rage all the shit that you have been holding back. To give voice to all the times that you held your tongue and didn’t speak your truth.
How to:
Prepare your space: find a private space where you can be as loud as you want
Gather items: pillows (to hit), items that you can rip or break(old rags/sticks)
play RAGE music
Ground into your body-Sink into your space. Talk to your body. Let her know this is her time to unwind and all her to SHIT to come to the surface. Ask her what needs to be shed in this time.
When you are ready, RAGE: Shake your body, Scream as loud as you want (if you need to, you can do this into a pillow), punch the pillows, break the sticks. Really let go of all the constraints placed on you how a woman is “supposed” to behave and let your shit got, literally.
