Sacred cycles was created to guide women back home to themselves starting with re-connecting to their monthly cycles in a meaningful way. 

As we begin to honor all phases of our cycles and connect to the medicine within each phase, we begin a journey of taking our power back. We begin to empower ourselves by working as one with our body.
